Robert’s career has been a blend of high personal performance and team building. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University. To pay for his schooling, he ran a franchise of restaurants, gaining experience in managing time, people and money that would serve him well in his later endeavors. After graduation, he joined Merrill Lynch and implemented a strategy of exceeding expectations. Later in his career, he began coaching young professionals in the industry in addition to growing his own practice. His numerous contributions were recognized by a promotion to the position of Sales Manager and by being named Resident Director, and later, a member of the Advisory Council to Management at his prior firm.
Robert brings his decades of experience to Concenture, an independent advisory firm he founded to ensure that his efforts would be focused solely on helping clients achieve their goals, without the constraints of corporate mandates. At Concenture, Robert leads a highly-skilled team of industry veterans dedicated to supporting each client’s unique journey.
Outside of the office, Robert serves on several boards and foundations. He enjoys hunting and fishing and volunteers at Warrior’s Weekend, an annual outdoor community event supporting combat veterans.
