Joel Hilborn

Joel brings a disciplined, structured approach to financial planning, shaped by over a decade of leadership experience across both the private and public sectors. Before entering wealth management, he worked as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, helping organizations improve efficiency and execute complex strategic initiatives.

Prior to that, Joel served more than 10 years in the U.S. Army, leading teams and managing high-stakes operations in dynamic environments. His ability to simplify complexity and execute with precision now carries over into how he supports advisors and clients.

At Concenture, Joel plays a key role in supporting the planning process to ensure client strategies are thoughtful, well-coordinated, and aligned with long-term goals.

Outside of the office, Joel enjoys staying active and spending time with family and friends.
