The U.S. economy grew at a slower pace in the fourth quarter than initially estimated as Real GDP increased 2.6% according to the Commerce Department’s third and final reading. However, 2023 is shaping up to look much different from 2022. Tighter lending conditions, high inflation and the Federal Reserve’s rate hikes are going to have a larger impact on the economy in 2023.
